5 week of deadlifts. Arrived late so minimal accessory work and did stair-climbing instead up to my apartment.

Deadlift - Final set of 165 kg x 7
Power cleans - 3 x 70 kg
Stair-Climbing - 8 floors

Couldn't walk when I arrived home as both of my thighs were cramped; I had to lean back to the walls for a while.

Nothing special except deloading with the usual 60% x 5 x 5, except during bench day, when I came at the wrong time and the gym was too full, so I did pushups instead.

Will try increasing my reps during the next cycle.

The former was a 5/3/1 week day.
Pullups: 4 x 5, 6 x 4
MP: Final set of 62.5 kg x 3
Pushups: 15, 14, 14

The latter was a deload day.
Deadlift: Up to 117.5 kg x 5
Power clean: 70 kg x 2, 65 kg x 1
Pistols: 2 x 7, 1 x 6
Pushup plank with alternating elbow touches: 28, 28, 26
