5 week of deadlifts. Arrived late so minimal accessory work and did stair-climbing instead up to my apartment.
Deadlift - Final set of 165 kg x 7
Power cleans - 3 x 70 kg
Stair-Climbing - 8 floors
Couldn't walk when I arrived home as both of my thighs were cramped; I had to lean back to the walls for a while.
