SLDL: 1 x 12, 2 x 11 x 20 kg each leg
Side planks + 5 kg plate external rotations: Same scheme as the SLDL.

Maintained the same numbers as last cycle. But considering I'm in my deep sleeping sickness phase of life (somebody get me some crack), it's an overachievement.

Bench: Last set of 100 kg x 3
TRX inverted row: 2 x 8, 3 x 7
Single arm standing DB press: 4 x 8, 1 x 7 x 16 kg
1 week. Totally wasted. Hopefully during the next cycle I'll be able to get more reps. Will keep the accessory work as it is instead of increasing it the next training week.
Deadlift - Final set of 185 kg x 2
Power Clean - 2 x 1 x 70 kg, 1 x 65 kg
Pistols - 1 x 7, 2 x 6 each leg
