Repeating the same cycle. 5 week

Deadlifts - Up to 165 kg x 7
Power Clean - 70 kg x 3
Pistols - 2 x 7, 1 x 6
Pushup plank with alternating elbow touches - 2 x 28, 1 x 26

Bench - Up to 90 kg x 7
TRX Inverted Rows - 3 x 8, 2 x 7
Standing DB Shoulder Press - 5 x 8 x 16 kg

Squat - Up to 120 kg x 7
SLDL - 2 x 12, 1 x 11 x 20 kg
Side Plank + 5 kg Plate External Rotations - same scheme as SLDL

MP - up to 57.5 x 7
Pullups - 6 x 5, 4 x 4
Pushups - 2 x 15, 1 x 14

Bench - Up to 100 kg x 3
TRX Inverted Rows - 3 x 8, 2 x 7
Standing DB Press - 5 x 8 x 16 kg

March 19:
Squat - Up to 135 kg x 3
SLDL - 2 x 12, 1 x 11 x 20 kg
Side Planks with External Rotations - Same rep scheme with 5 kg

March 21:
MP - Up to 62.5 kg x 3
Pullups - 5 x 5, 5 x 4
Pushups - 2 x 15, 1 x 14

I plan to repeat the same cycle the next "month". Lack of time to upload my old notes. Currently in a busier rotation and spending whatever free time studying and summarizing the latest Surviving Sepsis Guidelines

March 10: 3 week of MP
MP: Up to 60 kg x 5 reps
Pullups: 5 x 5, 5 x 4
Pushups: 2 x 15, 14

March 13: 5/3/1 of DL
DL: Up to 185 kg x 3-ish (my grip was giving out during lockout of the last rep; I should've reset the grip)
Pistols: 2 x 7, 6
Pushup plank with alternating elbow touches: 2 x 28 touches, 26 touches.

I'm thinking of just repeating the cycle next training month.
