Standing DB Shoulder Press - 5 x 8 x 16 kg

Squat - Up to 120 kg x 7
SLDL - 2 x 12, 1 x 11 x 20 kg
Side Plank + 5 kg Plate External Rotations - same scheme as SLDL

MP - up to 57.5 x 7
Pullups - 6 x 5, 4 x 4
Pushups - 2 x 15, 1 x 14
