Bench: Up to 90 kg x 7
TRX inverted rows: 2 x 8, 3 x 7
Standing DB Press: 4 x 8, 1 x 7 each arm with 16 kg
Feb 27:
Squat: Up to 120 kg x 7
SLDL: 1 x 12, 2 x 11 x 20 kg each leg
Side planks with plate external rotations: Same sets as SLDL with 5 kg plate
