Squats: Final sets of 120 kg x 6
Singlet leg deadlifts: 3 sets with each leg of 20 kg x 11 (done as super sets with the below)
Side planks with external rotations: 3 sets of 11 with a 5 kg plate
Since I accidentally did six reps during the deadlift session previously, I plan to continue with just +1 reps throughout this current cycle, then do +2 during the next cycle.
