Weekend 1 of the Restricted Movement Order / by Muhammad Amir Ayub

Drove back to KL from Melaka. After 3 weeks on leave, my family certainly did not want me to return to work. My eyes still suffer from dryness but I no longer believe I am contagious.

The drive was initially very smooth. There was sparse traffic. No roadblocks until after the Sungai Besi toll.

Will soon serve again as a doctor, and will undoubtedly have to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic directly at some point. Then I will have to make decisions as to how long to be separated from family.

And I also need to think of how to train, as I have not at all for the past 3 weeks.

Till then, may we all survive this.

Less and less cars mean more hope that we will slow things down. More of my thoughts at http://www.anakayub.com
