Interview with Naufal Norowi (of EAM Strength)

My friend Naufal Norowi is a strength/fitness coach, and the other day interviewed plain old me regarding the needs/benefits of strength training. Damn do I look bad with the built-in webcam of my 2012 MacBook Pro.

By the way, once upon a time he also interviewed me with us together instead of via Skype, which I forgot to follow up on and share.

Forget the fact that I'm not in sports medicine and is I guess at most a semiserious lifter (along with a bunch of stuff that makes me one that's not really qualified to talk about training/fitness).
